One of the owners, Kristi is the passion behind the business. Once described as a sweet young lady who, if provoked, turns into a rhino in a rainforest nothing gets past this workaholic. Not only is she the main cook, she has won multiple waitress awards and takes care of all the behind the scenes tasks. Her main goal is to provide a fun working environment for employees who can simultaneously get the job done.

One of our youngsters, this spitfire will keep you on your toes. There is no such thing as a boring shift if you are working with Jordon. Not afraid to put a customer in their place, she can insult you and serve up a delicious dish in one fail swoop. Every day is a dance party for Jordon, you are just another person to make smile.

Starting at a prep position in the kitchen, she has worked her way onto the floor and into being a key player on our team. Cortne is becoming a triple threat recently tackling cooking a couple shifts a week. The satisfaction of every customer is of great importance to her and she takes every opportunity to show she cares. She is the glue that keeps us together, the gravy to our biscuits.
